Can I become a detective after the National Graduate Leadership Programme?

Many of our graduates have become detectives and gained promotions after the two years. You would be exposed to a wide range of work including detective work, and have the opportunity to do a secondment which is not available on the National Detective Programme. Some participants have done this in a detective unit. We recommend you research both our national graduate programmes to see which is most suitable for you.
